A federal judge has asked former President Donald Trump’s attorneys to turn over the names of the individuals hired to search four properties for documents late last year, a source familiar with the order told CNN.
The names were handed over Wednesday night, two sources told CNN.

First order of business for new Congress should be:
DEFUND *ALL* FEDERAL INVESTIGATIONS INTO AND ANY PROCEEDINGS AGAINST PRESIDENT TRUMP.

I think they already know this was a waste of time. He had nothing resembling a “national security” type treasure trove of documents. Momentos and personal effects most likely. More egg on the face of the FIB...that whole curated photo of the documents was hilarious and shows the desperation of these folks.
Defund all agencies conducting federal investigatiosn against the people of the United States.

Next step:
Expect new search warrants to be issued for all the properties of the Trump team members that conducted the searches.
The basis for the request will be the DOJ’s continuing suspicion that not all the documents were turned over. So they must have been secretly taken by Trump team members and hidden. The new searches will be intended to find the missing documents and identify the malefactors.
And the Democrats wonder why people believe they corrupt everything they touch.
The guy comes off as a choir boy every time they pull this

We all know they are going to charge him with something in
the spring of 2024, so what’s all the song and dance?

Trump has obviously, and unfairly been persecuted multiple times now. However, a choir boy he is not. Not that he has to be.

They may, to try to topple his support. Or, they may not, knowing his support could actually grow if they do.
I expect they will, along the lines of the relatively minor "interrupting a public proceeding" charge, that some will argue in the media equates to an insurrection charge, even though they are obviously different.
At that point, me may just accept the charge and pay a fine to make it all go away, leaving them only with the talking point of his "conviction."
Just guesses of course, but I don't think after all this they don't charge at least something. If they don't, he would then have to be sort of looked at like Ray Epps.
The “Trump exemption” that judges (including SCOTUS) have suddenly found to exist in all laws and norms simply has to be turned against the left. To go back to the usual adherence to Constitutional protections is what most of us would like, but we can’t for as long as they are going after Trump in such as way. Even after defeating him by ballot fraud, they refuse to accept their win. They insist on totally destroying him and his supporters.
