Gingrich: ‘Never McCarthy’ House Republicans Have a ‘Psychological Problem’
Breitbart ^ | 01/02/2023 | Pam Key

Posted on 01/02/2023 10:34:53 AM PST by ChicagoConservative27

Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich said Monday on FNC’s “Fox & Friends” that Republican House members attempting to block Rep. Kevin McCarthy’s (R-CA) speaker bid have a “psychological problem.”

Gingrich said, “This is a fight between a handful of people and the entire rest of the conference. And they’re saying they have the right to screw up everything. Well, the precedent that sets is; so do the moderates, so do the members from Florida. I mean, any five people can get up and say, ‘I’m going to screw up the conference, too.’ The choice is Kevin McCarthy or chaos.”

I remember well how Newt actively worked for the defeat of TEA Party candidates.

Newt is as Swamp as they get.

He only ever wanted his fair share of the loot.

Trump supports a whole lot of the WRONG people, Trump also supported the re-election of McConnel, Trump is a HUGE supporter of Graham, Trump supporting McCarthy means NOTHING to me, McCarthy NEEDS TO GO!!!

“Gingrich: ‘Never McCarthy’ House Republicans Have a ‘Psychological Problem’”

What I find interesting is their ABJECT FEAR of a MAGA Speaker, now having to wheel Newt out from his retirement home.

Is it just the money flow? Or is it their exposure to prosecution? Or both?

You decide.

Gingrich does not understand the concept of an honest vote. In his mind the deepstate elite still have to maintain control.

So he is on a couch with Pelosi. Did she advise him on the Contract With America? Geez.

Can you imagine Newt saying “I’m not gonna sit down on a couch with Pelosi”? Crikey.

Yeah, they do have a problem. They’re sick of their party siding with the Democrats over the American people. It’s that a mental illness then so be it.

Drain the Swamp was never going to be supported by the Swamp.

This has been the huge Trump problem from day one. It is mildly surprising Democrats don’t have a similar Drain faction.

They hate the idea of chaos. Chaos is GOOD. It would mean the Swamp is gone.

But that means you can’t get anything done? GOOD. Getting nothing done is Conservative. Conservatism rejects government intrusion in every day life, so the less government does, the more conservative it is.

Everyone knows that the democrat congress colluded with the FBI and antifa to frame trump on j6.

Its conventional wisdom that the doj will bring criminal charges against trump. not for the purpose of convicting but rather to smear him for in 2024 run.

McCarthy currently has no plans to investigate the fbi role in j6 much less halt payments to the DOJ until they cough up the documents.

this in the face of the fact that ray epps was shown at the j6 hearings that he said he in his own words”orchestrated” the j6 invasion of the house.

Plus there hours of tapes of him exhorting the audience to invade the capital while onlookers chanted that he was an fbi plant.

He was never charged.

There are a dozen other player on tape like him from j6.

But house republicans are uninterested in investigating the slander against the republican party that was j6

They would prefer to join with the democrats in destroying trump.

idiots don’t know they are destroying themselves.

The grass roots effort to oppose McTraitor is to oposse business as usual against the globalist gop uniparty. The FACT that the gop no longer has any standing is because they have long since ignored the base and the platform of the party.

Albert Einstein: The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. .

The destruction of the gop occurred years ago and the degenerative process has continued to erode all trust in its leaders.

Regardless however, does anyone really believe the voices of the base sway anything any longer? In a day and age when the election process has been hijacked and the gop defends the hijackers?

I for one support the boycott against “business as usual” albeit a day late and a dollar short.

McConnell has a 7% favorable rating last I heard, yet rino gop senators threw in their lot with him reelecting him as minority leader.

And McConnell supported the most recent spending bill which prevents any opposition to the democrats spending spree. And is now parading his hatred toward the base of the party by going on circuit with Biden and throwing it in the face of the base.

Yeah, it is real important which organized crime syndicate's political representative rules over me and sells me into slavery with a yoke of debt and absolute control

I personally prefer the Republican flavor because it makes me feel like I have someone on my side and that there is hope for our kids future as I drown in artificially imposed inflation and mandated jabs ..LOL.

“I used to like Newt, but he is now a “go along to get along” RINO.”

“Yeah, I support McCarthy,” Trump told Breitbart News during an interview from his Doral golf resort in Miami, Florida.

“Look, I think this: Kevin has worked very hard,” Trump added. “He is just — it’s been exhausting. If you think, he’s been all over. I think he deserves the shot. Hopefully he’s going to be very strong and going to be very good and he’s going to do what everybody wants.”

The RINOs started it, by setting precedent as Never Trumpers. So, time to pound sand until you get your way.

Either the Republicans go full war against our greatest and most evil enemy (DemocRATs)

Nonsense.

Why would they go to war with their friends?

And besides, it would upset the "donor community".

You aren't making any sense.
