BREAKING: Texas Supreme Court rules against father seeking to prevent 'chemical castration' of his son

Jeffrey Younger has lost his court case to prevent his ex-wife from taking their son to California, where he could be medically transitioned. Younger has been trying to stop this from happening for years, and has now reached the end of the line. He is prevented by the courts of Texas from protecting his boys from medical mutilation at the hands of their mother, who is a pediatrician. Younger has accused her of using the children to help advertise her "inclusive," "gender affirming" practice.

"The Supreme Court of Texas denied my Mandamus, effectively terminating my parental rights. My children are now subject to being chemically castrated in California. Texas is an empire of child abuse, led by Texas judges," he said.

This after Judge Kim Cooks, on October 24, said that both parents should have a "joint managing conservatorship," which each able to have "a say in his medical treatment," The Texan reported.

The custody case was before the Supreme Court of Texas, which ruled against Younger. Younger had issued a petition on December 16 to try to retain his parental rights after his ex-wife, Dr. Anne Georgulas, took the boys to California.

California has a law in place, starting on Sunday, that children in that state will not be returned to their home state in the event that the home state would prevent the children from being medically transitioned to present as the opposite sex. Younger wanted the boys brought home.

California Senate Bill 107, proposed by State Senator Scott Wiener and signed into law by Governor Gavin Newsom, will "prohibit the enforcement of an order based on another state’s law authorizing a child to be removed from their parent or guardian based on that parent or guardian allowing their child to receive gender-affirming health care

Texas is an empire of child abuse, led by Texas judges?

Do they look like Lavine and/or have a D after their name?

If you were the father in this case, how far would you go to prevent this from happening to your children?

There was a time when boys were castrated out of economic necessity. Now, it’s parental vanity/adherence to ephemeral ideological trends.

[The idea of castrating a prepubescent boy to preserve his voice today is – rightly – considered horribly cruel and even barbaric. Yet it has a long tradition in music and the last castrato died in 1922.

The practice in music goes back to the mid-16th century – though castration itself has a much longer history – when women were banned from performing on the stage. Higher voices were needed to play female and young roles; boys took the parts instead, but children grow up and boys’ voices break. It was very expensive to train the youngsters only for them to move on. Castration arrested this development, freezing the voice as a child’s.

As boys reach puberty, they produce testosterone which causes the larynx to descend and the thyroid to thicken, creating the Adam’s apple. Together these developments lower a man’s voice. Castration prevents the production of testosterone so the vocal chords don’t develop normally. The castrated boys retained their prepubescent vocal range into adulthood.

This lack of testosterone also meant that the castrati’s bones didn’t harden in the normal way so their limbs grew abnormally long. Their rib cages were also unusually large, giving them a huge amount of breath capacity. This, combined with the small size of their vocal chords and rigorous singing training, gave them unique voices that were extraordinarily flexible, and quite different from the equivalent adult female voice.

The operation was never legal, though, and so was generally undertaken by backstreet surgeons and dentists, while the boys’ families would make up stories as to why their sons had been castrated – often inventing implausible accidents such as being gored by wild boar. The procedure was usually undertaken between the ages of eight and nine. It was incredibly dangerous and painful – this was before the discovery of anaesthetic. However, the rewards for a successful castrato were significant and for poor families meant a way out of poverty.]

This is insane. How did we get to the point where even Texas is going along with this barbarism?

We’re living in the terminal phase of our civilization.

Parental rights? The state has decreed that your parental rights are to pay the bills and be financially responsible for your children.

The state has assumed all other rights that you once thought were yours.
