A man who catcalled a woman on a London street has become one of the first in the UK to be slapped with a £100 fine for sexual harassment after he was caught in an undercover police operation.
The offender - who was not named - was issued a fixed penalty notice for harassing a woman in Ilford town centre last Friday.

My grandfather, a Polish immigrant small businessman, was respected in the local black community for his kindness and generosity, and my father, as a lawyer and judge, was on excellent terms with black colleagues. As an adult, a black friend even saved my life. He confided in me how he recovered from a medical crisis, and his example inspired me to deal with my own health crisis in a similar successful manner when doctors failed me.
