CNN on Friday connected Daylight Savings Time to sleep problems among communities of color.
The outlet claimed problems with lack of sleep and sleep disorders are more prevalent in black, Asian, Hispanic, or Latino communities, adding the “inequities” can be detrimental to a person’s health.
When a person’s sleep patterns are poor, it can result in obesity, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and certain forms of cancer, Chandra Jackson, a researcher and epidemiologist with the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences told the outlet.

I agree. If saying DST is racist is what it takes to get rid of it, fine. It’s so racist. I couldn’t possibly Spring Forward to DST next year knowing how racist it is. That’s literally violence and genocide.
A few years ago I read a book on the Cultural Revolution in China.
What we are seeing in the US today is a very good copy of that. When you understand what had happened in the past, it is so obvious when you see it now.
But most of the folks supporting this junk have no idea of how they have been manipulated. I don’t know “who” is pulling the strings, but it’s working.
can “anti-Semitic” be far behind?
Idiots and liberals most affected, as usual.
More Cloward-Piven. Clog up the courts. Use the black race for division.
Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise … but only for the white privileged. All those blacks, browns, fags, lesbos, trans, queers, non-binary, Asians, and oppressed people are either to stupid or physically incapable of sleeping like the white man. Or just maybe, they think sleeping, like learning to read, write and compute is just too white and they don’t want to called “acting white”.
obesity, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and certain forms of cancer,
These are lifestyle disorders. Related to diet and exercise.
Interesting when the Asians count as minorities and when they don’t. Daylight savings -yes! SAT, LSAT, MCAT, etc, not so much.
I’m beyond SICK & TIRED of blacks CONSTANTLY whining about everything being racist. If this country is so damn bad, here is a FREE suggestion, GTFO!!
Better idea, apply for citizenship in Wakanda.
They were all mind tricks invented by the Swiss.
So Whitey concocted DST back in 1970 to make POC miserable, because they kept the extra hours of sunlight in the summer for themselves, preventing POC from using that time for enjoyment outside. Whitey also invented Having to Go to Work on Time to make POC miserable. He also forced POC to take drugs and to get drunk. Clocks are racist too as well as calendars. The seasons of the year are racist and were created by Whitey to make POC unhappy. The seven-day week is racist because it forces people to keep a schedule
The moon is racist too. In fact, the stars and the whole universe are racist.
Can’t forget typewriters (racist because they force the user to use only certain keys in a certain order, and that’s raciss and because of that monkeys on a typewriter and the complete works of Shakespeare thing).
Math is very raciss because thinking logically is White and POC don’t want to be acting White.
English language grammar is raciss.
That explains why they demand reparations.
I hate Daylight Savings Time. The “Spring Forward” is the hard part. I had an auto accident on the Monday after DST went into effect. More importantly, we have time zones. Let’s stick to those.
Agreed.
More idiocy:
Chandra Jackson, Ph.D., M.S.
Stadtman Investigator
Epidemiology Branch/Social and Environmental Determinants of Health Equity Group
Shhhhh! /s
We are definitely on to it.
If it gets rid of this ridiculous twice yearly clock change then OK use any pretext you want.
More legacy from the Participation trophies.

= = =
Sounds like they are saying these ‘races’ are deficient.
They said it, I didn’t.
