Colorado Gov. Jared Polis (D) on Sunday said he will “take a hard look” at why Colorado’s red flag law did not stop the shooting at Club Q earlier this month, adding that an expansion of the legislation may be examined.
“We’re certainly going to take a hard look at why [the] red flag law wasn’t used in this case and the case of the King Soopers shooter, what can be used to better publicize, make available, add different parties to make sure that it’s used when it should be used,” Polis told NBC’s Chuck Todd on “Meet the Press,” referencing a mass shooting at a Boulder, Colo., supermarket last year.

Because you arrested someone after a 4 hour swat standoff for a bomb and murder threat in a domestic violence scenario, and dropped charges leaving no criminal record for a red flag search to discover.

Because gun control only affects law abiding citizens, violent criminals and mentally ill persons will always be able to get guns unless they are locked up in jail or mental hospitals for long, long periods of time.

It failed because red flag laws aren’t designed to stop mass shootings.
Because NITWIT, you cannot control it. Too many guns, too many insane people.
Because the laws don’t stop criminals, just the law abiding citizens that are trying to protect themselves.
