winred is the RNC. Trump has no control over winred.com and I doubt he's getting 90% of anything. RNC gets 90% is more likely.

If you actually read the article, the guilty party in this instance is the Trump organization, which is siphoning off 90% of the donations people likely assume are just going to Walker.

This has been true with every mailing I have gotten from them. Almost nothing goes to the candidate, although they are using his name, but instead into the GOP slush fund.

Our candidates universally got only a small fraction of the funding given by the Dems to their candidates.

I was surprised that one of the problems was that small donors - people like me and most of us - gave very little to candidates. But I think that was actually because they had given to an RNC email, thinking it was going to the candidate, or even to a PAC email, going almost 100% to the sender and not to the candidate.

This is deceptive and it should stop.
