Someone needs to correlate this to Democrat redistricting. Their new map for Illinois is beyond belief.

As we often told the democrats we they exclaimed that Hillary Clinton got the most votes, in elections, the national popular vote does not matter. Our elections are made up of numerous smaller elections and those are the ones that matter.
