I see it as a failure to construct and honest jury, period. IMO, the federal government should be prohibited from bringing charges on and trying people in the District of Columbia. If you’re a DC resident, you’re either black or you work for the federal government or one of its captive contactors.

Good grief, what a stupid rube Danchenko was. He got boned by Steele and then got outed by Justice in 2020. His credibility is now damaged, regardless of how valuable some in the FBI found him to be. As far as the verdict, Durham’s case went into the weeds on several occasions - how likely is it that a jury is NOT going to tune out the minutiae and inside baseball?

He needs to keep in his lane. He did not, got sucked into a mess and then started to shave the truth on the extent of his involvement with Steele.
