DJT is saying what many here have been saying for more than 6 months; this is Biden's war and only Democrats and Neocons support it.

MAGA

What neither Putin or Biden counted on was the willingness of the Ukrainians to fight, and their effective resistance to Russian troops.

Nobody expected that, except maybe the Ukrainians.

You can still believe this to be true, as I do, and at the same time root for Putin to lose. I don’t know why some Freepers can’t wrap their heads around that.

The DS laundromat is getting bombed into oblivion, partly because of kemikazi drones made entirely in Iran. How much of Obama’s pallets of cash was used to develop the Iranian drones? Ukrainians have virtually nothing that stops the drones and they are deadly accurate. War is hell. Thanks a lot democrats and deep state. Trump is right again IMO.

NATO has nothing more to do with itself than to provoke conflict. Sort of like the bastards at the WEF who believe they’re are God and can revise man into some weird demonic AI robot. These people are crazy, possessed, and if we let them they will destroy the world and everything in it.

He’s right.

Just like we didn’t want Russian nukes in Cuba.

I think Trunp is way off base on this. Putin has long aimed at reassembling the former Soviet sphere of influence, with subjugation of Ukraine the key to further expansion into Europe, as it has been throughout Russian history. In addition, Ukraine was gradually improving economically and as a democracy and offered a dangerous example and inspiration for anti-Putin elements in Russia.

Putin, by surrounding himself with yes men unable to urge caution and restraint, was inevitably heading for a confrontation with the West. Nevertheless, were Trump in the White House, Putin would probably have held back from attacking Ukraine, knowing that Trump might urge talks and a deal of some sort but would not permit a direct attack on Ukraine.

Trump is not a fool and does not make clear statements on things unless he thinks he will win the argument. So for Trump to come out and say what the deepstate thinks should be the quiet part speaks volumes about the American polity.

“He claimed, without evidence, that the Ukraine invasion would have “never” happened if he were still president.”

That is a rhetorical, counterfactual statement, idiot.

What interview?

Until you show us the interview we have no idea what President Trump said.

Where is the transcript or at least a link to the interview?

This whole fetid mess is the direct result of the #JihadJunta and the #Neoconistas. They both need to be removed from power.

Trump is correct. Biden, especially with the kickbacks, Bio labs, his rhetoric, and Biden and the Democrats clear Fascist tendencies and support, played a big role in provocation of the conflict. This was, in my opinion, a preventable conflict.

If people want peace, they need to think not of their own security but also that of their enemy. PS, I am not a Putin fan, nor did he have the right to invade, but he was able to sell Russian security to his people.

Here’s an interesting fact that many have forgotten:

When Trump was in office, a Ukrainian Prosecutor came out in public to announce he was investigating and would cause indictments of Joe Biden and his circle of gangsters including Ukrainians who accepted bribes.

Now why would this Ukrainian Prosecutor come out in the open like that?

Because with Trump in office, he did not fear Biden’s crime ring, he was emboldened and wanted to do the right thing.

You have to listen very carefully to what Trump actually said, which was the Biden’s taunting “almost forced” Putin to invade. This not the same as “caused” Russia to invade. Trump also did not say anything about NATO expansion, biolabs, or any other US action that led to the invasion. Biden’s taunts certainly were unwise and probably did contribute to the timing of the decision of Putin, who is know for being thin-skinned, to invade, but they were not the cause.

The fundamental cause of the war is Putin’s unwillingness to view Ukraine as a legitimate sovereign country. For him, Ukrainians are not a nationality from the Russians, but instead only “Little Russians” who speak a Russian dialect. The same goes for his view of the Belarusians. Putin’s goal has always been to reassemble the disconnected parts of the “Russian World” into a restored Russian Empire.

One further point, if Putin’s final decision to plunge both Russia and Ukrainian into war was due to Biden’s schoolyard taunts, it shows that Putin is actually a weak and irresponsible leader.
