Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said Friday on FNC’s “America’s Newsroom” the House Republicans will regain a majority in the November midterms in a “Republican tsunami.”
Gingrich said, “I think what Kevin McCarthy is trying to do and what I saw yesterday with his members, he succeeded. He is laying out a platform for governing, not just a platform for campaigning.”
He continued, “I think the American people want to change the trajectory. They want to stop the murders. They want to stop the rising prices. They want to get back to independence in energy. And I think that the commitment to America that the House Republicans are launching provides exactly the kind of things that the American people would like to replace the current failures with.

Remember how bleak 2016 looked. We conservatives stay quiet, but vote.
Just have to watch for and stop any fraud/ballot harvesting/ballot payments.

Hard to believe it’s been nearly 30 years since Gingrich and the GOP captured over 50 seats in the midterms with the “Contract For America”.
Newt was involved in McCarthy’s plan for America. Ergo, Newt sees red everywhere. I don’t have a problem with that, just pointing out Newt’s motivations:

I feel like red states are getting a little redder, and blue states are getting bluer, but what’s going to happen in violet states?
The Gas spike will happen, but unfortunately, not until after the election in November. The Dems. held it off by depleting the Strategic Reserve.
The left s cheating is usually concentrated one or maybe several key elections.
Since there are a lot of elections..they can not flip the bulk of them..so,the rinocrsts will take it.
Americans like divided government. The GOP is falling ass-backward into majorities in Congress. They have done little to nothing to deserve that honor.
Gingrich’s “Contract For America” was quite big.

I agree with that. I even know democrats who get a little edgy when democrats swing the pendulum too much.
That is why the partisan propagandist media never stopped drying to divide the country and their rhetoric got more extreme. Right now they are pushing the scarey abortion threat to try to negate the emotional tenancy for moderate voters to want to nullify the party in power. They are really trying to whip them up into a terror.
We get called extremist, and it’s all so ironic. That’s meant to disarm us from even speaking. They are getting more extreme all the time, just like that chart Elon Musk tweeted once.
If we all get off our butts and work for it!
Big what? What did it do to really do any good from our prospective? Make government smaller? less invasive? actually damage Clinton in any real way? Get rid of fed gun snoping?
