It's getting harder and harder for anyone to listen to the virtue-whiners refute why our ancestors treated criminals they way they did.

This criminal needs to spend the morning rush in the stocks right on the subway platform, his mid-day digging subway tunnel extensions with a pick and a shovel, the evening rush back in the stocks, and his nights in a pit in the prison yard.

This is becoming a very common occurance in NYC. About every 2-4 days a vicious assault or murder in the subway.
