House Majority Whip James Clyburn (D-SC) declared Tuesday on MSNBC’s “José Díaz-Balart Reports” that to mark the upcoming anniversary of George Floyd’s death, President Joe Biden will issue an executive order aimed at policing practices.
Díaz-Balart said, “Congressman, tomorrow, as you know, will mark two years since George Floyd died after a Minneapolis police officer put his knee on Floyd’s neck. His death led to calls for police reform. But Bipartisan talks have fallen apart. Is there any hope of anything coming out of this soon?”

The police agencies get a huge amount of federal cash. They’ve built it into their budgets. If they don’t follow the rules they don’t get the cash. The effects will vary by agency but most will follow whatever the feds say.

But I add to that..”federal funding will affect the SOP. The officers themselves will follow all edict because they have been setup to trust and need their pensions.. making too little money for a change to a new career and too much to be willing to simply stop working in that field.
The pension is what keeps corrupt Ellie’s in control even down to your living room.
Even in terms of state influence on the police, they will always follow whatever order is given.
None of it will apply to Federal police.
He has no authority other than to enforce existing law…LAW.
