President Joe Biden lashed out at a college academic dean on Thursday as he toured North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
During the tour, Biden promoted the idea of raising government grants to fund historic black colleges and universities, noting many of them did not have enough capital to invest in their technical programs.

Biden has a LONG history of absolute lying AND a penchant for nothing but being outright arrogant in his brow beating of anyone he sees as antagonistic towards him.
I remember seeing a video of him decades ago when some reporter asked him an innocent question about qualifications or something and he took it as a slam. He berated the reporter and told him that HE had this, and this, and these qualifications as (insert his lies here) and how he was supremely more qualified than the reporter (Tried to find the video but they’ve made sure it’s been scrubbed from the net I guess)...... I saw that and I just gasped....arrogant, condescending asshole.
Now he’s just a demented one.
