No one can win a nuclear exchange. It is fantasy to believe so. The Brits and French themselves have the power to devastate Russia. Russia’s larger number of nukes really wouldn’t make an appreciable difference. It’s back to the Stone Age for everyone.
The Russians would have a bit if a problem if the tried to take on Finland - especially after burning through their so much of their arsenal in Ukraine.
