Tucker Carlson: Americans have been trained to hate Putin, and will suffer because of it

Even Biden admitted that energy prices are about to go up

Since the day that Donald Trump became president, Democrats in Washington have told you it's your patriotic duty to hate Vladimir Putin. It's not a suggestion. It's a mandate. Anything less than hatred for Putin is treason.

Many Americans have obeyed this directive. They now dutifully hate Vladimir Putin. Maybe you're one of them. Hating Putin has become the central purpose of America's foreign policy. It's the main thing that we talk about. Entire cable channels are now devoted to it. Very soon, that hatred of Vladimir Putin could bring the United States into a conflict in Eastern Europe.

Before that happens, it might be worth asking yourself, since it is getting pretty serious: What is this really about? Why do I hate Putin so much? Has Putin ever called me a racist? Has he threatened to get me fired for disagreeing with him? Has he shipped every middle-class job in my town to Russia? Did he manufacture a worldwide pandemic that wrecked my business and kept me indoors for two years? Is he teaching my children to embrace racial discrimination? Is he making fentanyl? Is he trying to snuff out Christianity? Does he eat dogs?

These are fair questions, and the answer to all of them is no. Vladimir Putin didn't do any of that. So why does permanent Washington hate him so much?

If you've been watching the news, you know that Putin is having a border dispute with a nation called Ukraine. Now, the main thing to know about Ukraine for our purposes is that its leaders once sent millions of dollars to Joe Biden's family. Not surprisingly, Ukraine is now one of Biden's favorite countries.

There are a lot of bad actors in the world. IMO, the ChiComs are a far greater threat to our country and the world than Vlad and his Russkies. And yet we coddle China and kiss their asses because they own us and our leaders (except Trump).

Putin is no friend of the U.S. or the West, but neither was Stalin and we managed to overlook how he started out as an ally of Nazi German at the start of WWII when our interests were aligned.

The only reason that Putin is being vilified now is due to an enormously ignorant PsyOp being run by the ruling class, since they believe real Americans will still reflexively reject and support actions against anything linked to the former Soviet Union ...

Biden could have done 2 things to prevent higher energy prices in response to Ukraine:

1) Keep the US energy independent

2) Stay out of Ukraine

Biden has his distraction, now he is going to pay the price for his big mouth and saber rattling.

I don’t think much about Putin until and unless his actions effect my life and I would expect a President to protect Americans from any ill effects from Putin. Including bolstering our energy infrastructure so that we are energy independent.

You say that like our own leaders are not murderous tyrants. Hello! Covid anyone! How many people died because the government mandated going home without treatment untill you can't breathe, only then will they treat you with a ventilator with 15% survival rate. People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

Putin sees an opportunity due to Biden’s weakness. I don’t hate Putin or Russia. I just hate our foreign policy under Biden.

230 Russian journalists and reporters have been killed under Putin’s leadership Tucker.

Someone like you would have been dead if you were in Russia.

What’s there to be “trained” to hate?

Its exactly BECAUSE the US MSM propaganda hates him so much, over the last 5 years, I made a point of watching Putin and Lavrov’s speeches and commentary.

Putin is absolutely a strong and clear-minded leader. He can speak extemporaneously, completely unscripted in hours-long press conferences. No one edits or controls him, as we see with Biden.

Putin sticks to very common themes - protection of Russia, protection of Russian interests, anti-globalism, the use of post-modern culture as a destructive wedge by the West, promotion of Christianity as an antidote for the evils of Communist rule in Russia. Putin also has a real dislike for Lenin and the Bolsheviks, who he feels destroyed traditional Russian culture and society, for pure leftist power and blind ideology. sound familiar?

Those opposed to him have some general themes also. We know many of those already and hear them constantly.

Either way - anyone looking for truth needs to avoid cartoonish MSM caricatures of him, and Russia.

Americans have been trained to hate Putin because he reversed Yeltsin’s policy of allowing foreign companies to plunder and feed off the carcass of the old Soviet Union.

Oh for the good old days of Boris Yeltsin.

Tucker has missed the mark on two things, (1) ridiculing the notion of 2020 election fraud and (2) Putin as a danger to Ukraine and Eastern Europe is just fake news invented by the Brandon admin for their own corrupt purposes.

Yes, it is true that if the US and the West had done things differently in the 1990s we wouldn’t have an unbalanced paranoid corrupt president-for-life sitting in the Kremlin dreaming of a new Russian empire created out of adjacent countries and spending his budget on fantastic new weapons of war like Hitler and his V-2s.

And it is true that the Left never lets a crisis go to waste, always looking for ways to use something to advance their agenda of destroying our constitutional republic.

But that doesn’t necessarily mean that the underlying crisis has been invented by the Left. There are real crises and contrived crises, both are used by the Left for their advantage.

That said, Tucker is still right >95% of the time, close to MahaRushi territory.

But Rush did it with half his brain tied behind his back!

You need to stop believing what the msm is feeding you. Putin has his countries best interest in mind. Just because his best interest are not yours, does not mean he is any more of a tyrant then our own leaders. I’m sure many countries in the world thought Trump was a tyrant for MAGA.
