On Friday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said that if President Joe Biden wants to work with Republicans, he can work with Republicans to sanction Russia for its buildup against Ukraine.
Graham said, “I mean, the news conference was a disaster on multiple levels. But it’s not the news conference. He’s been on the world stage, Joe Biden, for 40 years.”

Ukraine borders Russia. It is located in Europe. Any issues regarding Ukraine must be resolved between Russia, Ukraine, and surrounding European countries. This is not our business nor is it our fight.
World War II ended in 1945. Western Europe was the beneficiary of billions of dollars of US taxpayer spending to get their economies going through the Marshall plan. The United States spent trillions on defense of Europe and the US against the Soviet Union.
The EU today has a first world economy and one of the three largest on the planet. If Western Europe is unable to defend itself against Russia, after 75 years of being propped up by the US taxpayer, so be it. We cannot carry the European nations forever.
It is long past time for Europe to deal with its own issues and the United States to focus on our own country. It is hypocritical of us to be threatening Russia over an invasion of Ukraine which has not happened, when we allow millions of people to invade our country from Mexico and do nothing about it.

Graham, as usual, was preforming an act of deal making. What he should be concerned with is what we are in it for. We have no wartime treaties with the Ukraine. We have some domestic ones, but not wartime. We have sent them weapons with trade, but we have no obligation to enter into combat for them. The only real reason we are in it with the Ukraine is that during the Obama administration (2014) the United States committed more than $5.4 billion in total assistance to Ukraine, including security and non-security assistance. In addition, the United States provided three sovereign loan guarantees totaling $3 billion. In other words, they owe us money. And hey ought to be smart enough to know Biden won’t want it back unless it is through his son for protection (Burisma).

No matter what happens, if we send troops to the Ukraine and get them killed, we are, again, getting into a war, this one another country’s civil war, and none of it our own.
Graham is a fool for using this as a tool. No win scenario as the libs won’t do it and if they say they will, they will lie.

Lets add Ukraine loves it’s conflicts....it survives on International revenue flowing into it’s coffers and the threat of war always provides this.....ANd if anyone thinks all that armament being shipped for their defense stays in Ukraine then their dreaming....it’s a great side business for Ukraine.
