President Biden and his Department of Justice were unsuccessful in arguing to the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals to lift an injunction against his vaccine mandate for healthcare workers.
Missouri’s Attorney General Eric Schmitt posted the one-page order to Twitter on Monday afternoon.
"The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals denied the Department of Justice's motion for stay pending appeal in our lawsuit against the vaccine mandate on healthcare workers, meaning our injunction will stay in place."
The legal battles within the United States over mandating a Coronavirus vaccine have been ongoing through the final weeks of 2021.

They all do. Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements. I work in a hospital, same thing.
They’re big into pushing the ‘’diversity and inclusion’’ LGBTQ and woke crap too. It’s a case of “If you want the soup you have to hear the lecture’’.
It’s actually our own government doing this. Taking our tax dollars , in effect and telling us we all suck.
And the scrotus does just the opposite.
