Viewing America from outside the country adds a semi-neutral perspective on news and events. I’ve been told there’s value in hearing an outside viewpoint about people more intimately tied to the emotional maelstrom of unfolding events. Conversely, I find it helpful to receive information from people in the know, which adds to the volume and depth of my research. When it comes to Kamala Harris’s floundering, I’ve been hearing shocking gossip.
I received this gossip directly from a Washington insider, It will be difficult to confirm until it happens, if it happens. I hesitated before sharing it with you. I still have doubts over the wisdom of writing about it, but it points to cogs currently in motion behind closed doors.
On November 18, CNN published an article entitled “Exasperation and Dysfunction: Inside Kamala Harris’s frustrating start as vice president.” The article speaks about “a rocky relationship with some parts of the White House.” It refers to “signs of disloyalty” from the vice president. This could have to do with Harris’s views on Biden’s almost daily faux pas or the fact that Harris has failed to do what is required of her, with the border crisis as one glaring example.
The suspicion of an impasse between the Biden and Harris camps came to the fore with gossip/information I received last week.
The bad blood between them stems from Jill Biden, wife of the President, who, I heard, hates Kamala Harris. It goes back to when Harris accused Biden of being a racist during the televised Democrat presidential debates.

I say that any power play against Harris will result in her telling people all about Joe and his corruption, his family’s corruption, and his *ahem* medical issues. She can damage him more than he can damage her.
She’s not going anywhere at all. There is no way to get her out before 2024.

I heard mention in another thread that there are three main factions in the Dem leadership: the Obama gang, the Clinton mob, and the Pelosi bunch, and that Harris is aligned with Pelosi, while Biden is with Obama.
It makes sense that the Obama group would want to replace her with one of their own.
I think in Jill’s mind and maybe five or six of the handlers...there’s some magical way of dismissing Harris. But there just isn’t...she hasn’t gotten into scandal (either as a Senator or as VP). Someone hinted two weeks ago...as the next Supreme Court retires...they’d offer her the seat. GOP won’t agree to that, and I would imagine at least five to ten Democratic Senators would say ‘no’. Totally unqualified for the work.
In their mind...most of the negativity existing goes to Harris. Other than the fake-French-accent and zero work on the border...Harris has done next to nothing in past nine months.
All of this will drift along, and I would imagine Harris will attend fewer and fewer face-to-face meetings with Brandon. Whole thing is like some 3rd world republic falling apart.
It has been obvious that she will be removed, Dallas style, with a conveniently killed at the scene “white supremacist” leading to massive new repression.
Just as I thought: Cat fight.
You're forgetting the easiest and most obvious way: pay her off to step down.
I'm sure some big donors would be willing to put her on a few well-paying board positions if she resigned.

This is a battle between Obama and Pelosi.

What if they force out Harris, but then Biden strokes out before they can confirm a new VP?
This would put Pelosi into the White House, still with no VP.
What happens then, if an 81 year old Pelosi also has a senior debilitating event due to the stress of the job that incapacitates her before a VP can be confirmed?
This would put Patrick Leahy into the Oval Office. Leahy is retiring, and can barely speak or walk.
If Leahy refuses the office, then it falls to Antony Blinken, the feckless Secretary of State.
So, beware the events that could be set in motion if they vacate the VP slot by unnatural means.
