This is what America is becoming, only the Leftist elites can attend events like this, reminds me of the old Soviet Union attendance at the Ballet.
Wow, did they mean “danny glover”(cnn not to good on getting it right)? The stench must have been unbearable. Will they ever get the observatory sanitized?
Civilization is crumbling before our eyes. Bread and Circuses rule the day. The elite are celebrating. This whole experiment will not end well. Moral relativism is rotting us away.
Left this on just for the music as I did other things around the house. Muted the interview parts.
... and I didn’t any of those people listed in this article except for Oprah.
I love Adele. But I would not sit though the attending Oprah interview segments, nor the panning of the audience showing all the ‘celebs’ present, which was obviously a ‘I must be seen at this event’ event.
How much were the tickets? $200? $300?
No, Donald Glover. He is no relation to communist Danny.
History says we'd be lucky if it ever happens.
Thanks. But, how could anyone hear the performance over the elevated sucking sound from the audience? :-}
Drake, who had just made a guest appearance at Travis Scott's "Death Concert" in Houston...
Donald Glover is tight with Malaria Obama.
I assume this was held inside the Observatory?
Usually these concerts would be at the nearby Greek Theater.
Wonder if any of them wore masks - doubt it.
I never knew Adele was British until I heard her speak............................
I have had time to converse with four different guys (who are my close friends) over the last few weeks, and to a man, every single one of them expressed a degree of distaste and disgust for the very elitist concept embodied in this ‘event’. I engendered comments that were mostly laconic and sarcastic along the lines of “Yeah. I’ll set my DVR recorder for that one, for sure...”
Oddly, each of our wives (of those who were married) were eagerly inclined to watch it. My wife is not a Leftist or even a liberal in any sense, but her wish to see it struck me as a negative thing, which bothered me.
I really dislike the general undercurrent that was brought to mind when I considered the ramifications of that revelation. There is a sexually inferred disconnect there in a small sample. I write it off to what is less important to women than to men, but this does not seem rare or unusual.
Your kidding right.
I would bet $2000-5000 maybe considerably more
Adele made $100 Million for the concert and Orca interview.
She was paid $4-7 million just for the concert.

I was going to say “rolling in the dough,” but it looks like the rest of the world beat me to it.
You're lucky.
Yep
I remember having sticker shock the first time I paid $25 for a concert ticketā¦in the late 70s.
