A Durham nail salon discriminated against an HIV-positive customer by denying him pedicures and must pay $7,500 in compensation, according to a settlement with the U.S. government. Tweetie Nails, which does business as Diva Nails on South Roxboro Street, must also adopt and post a non-discrimination policy that includes disabilities such as HIV and AIDS.
All salon staff must be trained about HIV/AIDS and disability discrimination in general, said the June settlement, which the US Department of Justice posted publicly Tuesday.

Deny someone WITH a disease that is dangerous - OK.

Deny someone without a dangerous disease but also without having a vaccination which perhaps reduces the chances of catching a dangerous disease, or perhaps reducing the effects - that person can be banned.

I’m not a stranger to a mani-pedi, and there have been instances where I’ve been nicked. These salons “sanitize” their equipment, but I don’t know that I’d want to take the chance knowing that a piece of equipment they’re using on me could’ve been exposed to HIV-positive blood. That makes me not want to get another mani-pedi ever again.
It’s not discrimination, it’s being discriminant for the health of your clientele. There’s a difference. Jesus.

It all depends upon the objective sought by the left. They seem to think they can have their cake and eat it too.
So, HIV/AIDS IS a "disability" for the purposes of discrimination in the job market.
However, The homo-left is trying to eliminate it as a disqualifier for service in the Armed Forces. NOT a "disability" in that regard.
