I think it is important for the Federal government to carefully regulate reefer now that it is legal. That should be a job for the ATF. We can rename them the bureau of Firearms, Alcohol, Reefer and Tobacco. They can wear jackets that say FART in big letters on the back.

#2, Yes, fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life unless you are a liberal/Democrat/progressive/Marxist and insane.
Fortunately their stupidity often leads to a thinning of the gene pool. So instead of “skinny dipping in a pool”, they might want to go “cliff diving” without a parachute” just to see if they can land on their feet (which, on a good jump, will be protruding from their ears after landing - “I can’t hear you”.
