THE Taliban have seized control of a THIRD of Afghanistan as they continue to accelerate their blitz offensive while the US continues to withdraw their forces.
The US has wasted nearly $1trillion on the "pointless" 20-year battle trying to stave off the terror group who are fighting to gain ultimate control over the war-torn country.
The Taliban have been on tenterhooks to forge ahead with their scheme since President Joe Biden announced the withdrawal of troops back in April and have since continued at "lightning speed".
Jihadist forces have now advanced across rural areas, putting them in reaching distance of major cities such as Herat and Kabul.
A recent US intelligence report warned they could take the capital, Kabul, within six months.

Beginning with the “Korean Conflict” the UN and American Politicians of BOTH Parties have been totally averse to committing to Complete and Total destruction of the Enemy. Committing to an objective of total destruction and the resultant Total Surrender of our Enemy doesn’t sit well with Globalists.
The lessons learned in WWII as to how to win wars were totally discarded in favor of Political Solutions by effete politicians and the Perfumed Princes of the Pentagon, most graduates of Ivy League Universities.
There are no more Pattons, Jacksons, Pullers, etc...in our military senior leadership.
This was a major flaw with President Trump. As a total DC Outsider, he was unaware of the current lay of the land in DC. And, he was undermined 24/7/365 by The Swamp. Including most of the senior military leaders, he was hoping to be able to count on to back him up against The Political Swamp. He didn’t realize THEY were Swamp Creatures as well.

Very true. When I have pointed this out in the past I usually am attacked for it. It is historic truth, sadly.
