The alleged gunman charged with slaughtering 10 people at a Colorado supermarket bought an assault rifle a week prior to the shooting — and was caught “playing” with it by a family member, according to new court documents.
Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa purchased a Ruger AR-556 pistol on March 16 — six days before going on a deadly rampage at the King Soopers in Boulder, according to an affidavit unsealed Tuesday.
His sister-in-law, whose name is redacted, told investigators that she saw Alissa, 21, “playing with a gun she thought looked like a ‘machine gun'” in the days prior to the shooting, the court papers say.
“Alissa had been talking about having a bullet stuck in the gun and was playing with the gun,” the affidavit reads.
The document notes that the sister-in-law — who was tracked down by detectives at Alissa’s home on Monday night — was “hesitant to mention” what she’d seen.

That is a pistol, not a rifle. So far we have assault rifle, long gun, and patrol rifle from the CommunistPress. No doubt TotalitarianCongress will move swiftly behind the Iron Curtain to ban all of the above, unless you are a muzzie terrorist, in which case nevermind.

What we have here is a nut.
When a white person kills others using a gun, it’s the proof of white racism. When a person of color kills others with a gun, it’s proof we need more gun control.
So, it wasn’t a rifle. It was a pistol.
So pistol is now a rifle? So a Muslim mass shooter isn’t a terrorist? but if you went to see Trump speak in DC you are a terrorist? Eventually, I figure all this stuff out.
