President Biden has omitted Dr. Seuss from Read Across America Day which is always held on March 2nd, the same day as the children's author's birthday.
Biden continued a presidential tradition by making a proclamation that declared Tuesday to be Read Across America Day, but he broke the tradition of his predecessors by leaving out any mention of Dr. Seuss.
Both former President Barack Obama and former President Donald Trump both recognized Dr. Seuss' contributions several times in their proclamations each year.

Dr Suess is now inadequately “woke”.
see this is what socialism does
dr seuss was liberal
another kicker to note
Biden cannot even handle reading a dr seuss book to kids
They do not like that Sam I Am.
The Lorax who speaks for the trees. . .
And a thneed is something that everyone needs.
They would not read him in a house.
They would not read him with a blouse.
They would not print him in the Slimes.
They would read him though he rhymes.
The kids can read a liberal screed.
This Dr. Seuss they do not need.
Soon sun up and mornings will be cancelled because lazy ass A-holes don’t want to get up and go to work.
communism
Joseph Stolen is an a-hole.
This got him suspended:
and this got him fired:
The Grinch did not even wait for Christmas before he stole America. Didn’t even wait until December to do it!
Looks like the columns of third-worlders marching up through mexico, wanting free dollars!
One fish, two fish, woke fish, commie fish.
There might be a parents revolt in Loudon County, once a seat of real conservatism in northern Virginia. Liberals with a lot of money have flooded the still rural county and are making impacts on school officials and boards.
Resistance has been rising against the “woke” and “Marxist” left in Loudon, Fairfax County, even ultra-rich white peopled Falls Church, and maybe in Faughier County.
Attacking Dr. Seuss is like attacking Uncle Sam. This time, the citizens may just bring back tar, rails and torches.
Well it’s not cancelled with me. Piss off.
Dr. Seuss was very liberal, even pro-Communist.
He was. But you can never keep the left happy...I remember years ago that pro-abortion groups in CA tried to get Horton Hears A Who (written in 1954) removed because it was thought that the line, “a person’s a person, no matter matter how small” was a secret anti-abortion message. It wasn’t, of course, since Dr. Suess was a complete liberal, but IIRC he had to make a statement that he hadn’t meant it “that way.”
He was a brilliant children’s book author, regardless of his political opinions, but the left is relentless.
