Inasmuch as “Loony Joe” Biden is a CHEAP CROOK, a FOOL in the public view, a BIGOT & obviously every day LESS COMPETENT MENTALLY, what he should do is REFUSE to be sworn-in as POTUS, RESIGN from ANY further government service & RETIRE to sit by his pool in DE.
