The former exurbs like Loudoun are now suburbs and infested. Even the rural areas are infested. We were 60-40 Clinton and I don't see it getting much better.

If VA is so darned hopeless, why did an unproven braggart with little help from the RNC/GOP and Republican approval in the mid 70s lose VA by only 4.9 points, with two Republicans "stealing" 4.4 of those points from him?

Good grief, reading the stuff on FR you'd think VA was NY or something. For the record, DJT lost NY by over 21 points, not 4.9 points.

Why do people all the sudden think we are going to flip Colorado? I have literally seen no clue, and unfortunately Denver might as well be Portland Midwest. Of course, I am happy for any hard work any Patriots put in out there, and I hope it can pick up some seats of some sort.

My CO prediction is not all of a sudden. For many weeks I've had Trump winning all of his 2016 states and picking up every state that he lost by 5 points or less (ME, NH, NV, VA and CO).

Correct. Why did you say "They will have to hold onto them all and take some of the few Rat seats, too."

Sounds like you're implying that's the only way the Republicans hold the Senate. At 53-47 the GOP could lose three seats and still keep the Senate as long as POTUS wins re-election. Of course we don't want that, and I don't expect that, but trying to figure out what you meant by your post.

To get to 56 (your post #11) the GOP must hold most if not all seats and pick up 3 or more Rat seats.

That’s my view from the ground here in Fairfax as well. I hope I’m wrong- that would be absolutely insane. People are pretty pissed at the teachers union and the schools being closed in Fairfax indefinitely though and are beginning to realize a school board full of dems and unions may not be such a good thing- so maybe some on the fence / lean dem voters flip. We are in the bluest area of Fairfax County and my son is president of the newly launched young republicans at the public high school and they have 18 members. More membership than the young democrats. Last year there wasn’t a young republicans. Many Of these young republicans are minorities -the school is Title IX and is 45 percent hispanic, 30 percent Asian. 18 percent white and 7 percent black . There is an awakening under President Trump and Covid also has caused an awakening as to tyranny. Teenagers for the most part think it’s insane. They think it’s completely fabricated. They are having a debate about abortion, Covid response, gun control and race Monday. In a government school that is lovingly called by the students the ghetto school of fairfax county. This school that pushes the 1619 project and LGBTQ issues and gun control walkouts and safe spaces on them 24/7. These kids aren’t buying into it and think it’s BS. The overdone attempts at indoctrination by authority that has turned them into sceptics! I know the parents of some of these kids who have joined the young republicans - or Trumplicans- and they are liberal. It’s pretty awesome! I’m sure they have no idea that their kids are in the club!
kids and their parents are liberal....

I talk to a lot of people, some quiet Trump, some loud Trump, some quiet anti-Trump and some TDS. I can't possibly figure out the numbers and only hope there are more quiet Trumpers out there. The quiet anti-Trumpers are dispiriting to say the least. A lot of them seem to be afraid of something.

One thing is for sure, in my social organizations (non-political) there are a lot less people talking about politics this time. Even though there are more Trump flags and signs everywhere in my rural area, there are a lot of people who don't want to say anything.

Ah, now I understand! Correct, that 56 is only if the Pubbies hold all their vulnerable seats.

We could even afford to lose my beloved senator, aka Lindy Grahamnesty.

No, we could not - remember both GA Senate seats show signs of being in danger - that would be a minus 2 for a single state. Both of those seats are up at the same time because one of them is a special election.

AZ, ME, CO, NC, IA are also very vulnerable for a total 7 seats.

So we cannot afford to lose any seats even if AL, MI, and MN were to all go our way.

That's good news. When I was a kid what I wanted was a great big car. I think my first car got about 12 mpg, maybe less. I can't believe kids would buy into the ride the bus, save the world BS.

I think you are right that the indoctrinators have overplayed their hand and are no long believable.

there are a lot of people who don't want to say anything.

I don't blame them. I have GOP signs in my yard, but no Trump signs or stickers. Don't want to invite the inevitable theft, vandalism, hassles, etc. But you can tell I'm still all in for POTUS!

Yes- overplayed is exactly right. When it was subtle/ subliminal Al Gore type Earth Day scare tactics stuff it was working but the Obvious propaganda is not making in roads with the youth. Don’t tell the the dems, though! Also- no kids ride the bus to high school!!! Everyone wants a car and they all have old 90s and early 2000s era gas guzzling V-8s they bought with their money. The thing I like most about this “Ghetto” school is all the kids have jobs!!!!

You keep posting these numbers, but for anyone to view them as credible, we need to know more about the pollster and his methods.

Those 3 states are THE most important. Hold all of them and we would not need much more.
