You will have to add about 3 zeros to that to make them happy.

Done here:

FR article about US population forecasted to reach... 99M

Country-by-country 2025 population, be sure to look at the bottom for clues as to how they get the numbers

The human created CO2 molecule is identical to the CO2 molecule that naturally occurs in nature. So how do they know the rise was due to humans?

46 million acres were scorched in Australia this past year, 581,000 acres in Canada along with the ongoing wildfires out west............That's a lot of natural CO2.....

It's a minor drop in the increase in CO2. The increase is ongoing and drop is temporary and meaningless. OTOH it's a nice demonstration that killing the economy is a way to slightly slow the increase in CO2. A better way to really slow the increase is, as Trump says, fracking. More fracking means less need to burn coal.

So, is it back to THE COMING ICE AGE scare yet?

From POPULAR SCIENCE, Feb 1980..
PS/What’s News ....
page 73
Changing the weather intentionally or otherwise weather modification..(Earth cooling vs Greenhouse effect)

“Do you suppose we can learn enough, soon enough, to pull off a balancing act with the CO2 blanket saving us from another ice age?”

Some natural CO2 is the same as fossil CO2 that we get from burning fossil fuel with depleted 14C. But most natural CO2 is like the air we exhale, with CO2 containing the ambient amount of 14C. So biogenic CO2 is not identical to fossil CO2.

The CO2 we added is definitely saving us from at least another Little Ice Age (a time of famine). The CO2 we added saved the earth from CO2 starvation. It's in fact the most important thing humans have done.

So, is 2020 the hottest year ever or not?

Yes, 2020 is coming in the hottest. Less energy consumption means less air pollution so more sunlight is now reaching the surface. Fewer particles in the air means less sunlight reflecting cloud formation.

“8.8 percent less carbon dioxide was emitted than in the same period in 2019 “

But no mention about measured CO2 levels in the atmosphere!!!!
Did the lower EMITTED levels lead to lowered levels in the atmosphere?

No mention of this
In other words pure propaganda.
Am I the only one on the planet who took a statistics class?

So, some guy in Beijing tells us that if we stay locked down and never turn on our cars again, we can save the world...never mentioned China by name as far as how they affect it.
Color me a non-believer.

Fantastic news, Polar Bears will thrive again, no more wildfires or hurricanes, and no more hot summers. This is great news!

As we slip into a new era of cold they’ll say, “oops, it started with the carbon decline caused by COVID”.

Did the lower EMITTED levels lead to lowered levels in the atmosphere?

No, in theory just a slightly lower increase. In reality a greater increase due to natural factors (lingering El Nino, other ocean warmth).
