An array of Iran-backed Iraqi militia groups have agreed to suspend rocket attacks on U.S. forces on condition that Iraq's government presents a timetable for a withdrawal of American troops, one of the groups said on Sunday.
"The factions have presented a conditional ceasefire," said Mohammed Mohi, spokesman for the Iran-backed Kataib Hezbollah group.
"It includes all factions of the (anti-U.S.) resistance, including those who have been targeting U.S. forces," he told Reuters.

It is unlikely that this agreement would be announced, if it was not approved by the Iranian mullah's, who command those militias.
I can’t imagine that our leaving is going to suddenly make these two (or more) sides suddenly kiss and make up.
It’s more likely the Iranians making the offer in exchange for the US getting the hell out of Iraq...something we should well have done several years ago, IMO.
After our exit? Tyranny and guerilla warfare will resume, quickly. Staying longer will not change that.
These are Muslims. Their prophet was a pedophile. Their holy book is based on hate. Their God is false. They have no desire to live in peace or the modern world. Let them kill each other. I care not what happens to them.
Instead of a condition that US troops withdraw, how about if you continue to shoot rockets and our troops, we will turn you into dust and then withdraw.
I’m thinking that this is just a tactical pause.
The Iranians are not going to negotiate in good faith, so it is just adjusting to current power an conditions.
Let’s use this opportunity to get TF out of there and never look back.
