Because their bosses selected them for the job, and they kept their work largely isolated from other agents. That was part of the point of this investigation being carried out at the deputy director level.

I don’t think it was leaked. The article says Flynn’s lawyer released it. I cannot imagine she would file stuff she has that she got illegally.

Every time Hannity goes off on those "99% decent agents" b.s. rants, I just want to call him and say "shut the f up"? If there were any decent agents, they would have stood up as a group, called a press conference, told the nation what was going on, and resigned as a group! Then they would have sued their employer for being a hostile workplace!
