Whether of not Sullivan dismisses the charges, this new information will be part of a huge civil rights lawsuit against the seditious conspiracy members; and the government.
What few people realize is that while judges have complete civil immunity, they can be prosecuted for their crimes. Sullivan has got to be a part of the conspiracy.
What is also not widely known is that a judge can be called as a witness in a civil trial. I’d bet Sidney Powell would love to get Sullivan under oath.

Something isn’t right here. You can’t purchase insurance for the past. It would have only covered future actions. Very much like pre-existing conditions.

In Colorado, now under Democrat control, they passed a law to make LEO's individually liable up to a limit, so LEO's and their unions are looking into insurance. I'm not sure how the details work. I just know some defense counsel who defend these kinds of cases under insurance policies.
I'm speculating that these POS's were worried they might draw a 1983 lawsuit and the Trump DOJ would refuse to provide a defense.
