So do I. I’m an older guy, work outside every day and can’t remember the last time I was sick, touch wood. Never have had a flu shot. Maybe I’m just blessed in that area as well.

Sorry to hear about that. Here is mild COVID response from Eastern Virginia Medical School Covid protocol:

Symptomatic patients (at home): (Mostly over the counter (OTC))

• Vitamin C 500 mg BID and Quercetin 250-500 mg BID
• Zinc 75-100 mg/day (elemental zinc)
• Melatonin 6-12 mg at night (the optimal dose is unknown)
• Vitamin D3 2000-4000 u/day
• ASA 81 -325 mg/day (unless contraindicated). ASA has antiinflammatory, antithrombotic, and antiviral effects.[37,38] Platelet activation may play a major role in propagating the prothrombotic state associated with COVID-19. [39]
• Famotidine 40mg BID (reduce dose in patients with renal dysfunction) [32-35]
• Optional: Ivermectin 150-200 ug/kg orally (dose can be repeated on day 2) [40-45]
• Optional: Interferon-α/β s/c, nasal spray or inhalation. [36,46-48] It should be noted that Zinc potentiates the effects of interferon.[49,50]
• Optional: Vascepa (Ethyl eicosapentaenoic acid) 4g daily or Lovaza (EPA/DHA) 4g daily; alternative DHA/EPA 4g daily. Vascepa and Lovaza tablets must be swallowed and cannot be crushed, dissolved or chewed. Omega-3 fatty acids have anti-inflammatory properties and play an important role in the resolution of inflammation. In addition, omega-3 fatty acids may have antiviral properties. [10,51-54]
• In symptomatic patients, monitoring with home pulse oximetry is recommended (due to asymptomatic hypoxia). The limitations of home pulse oximeters should be recognized, and validated devices are preferred.[55] Multiple readings should be taken over the course of the day, and a downward trend should be regarded as ominous.[55]
Baseline or ambulatory desaturation < 94% should prompt hospital admission. [56] The following guidance is suggested: [55]
o Use the index or middle finger; avoid the toes or ear lobe
o Only accept values associated with a strong pulse signal
o Observe readings for 30-60 seconds to identify the most common value
o Remove nail polish from the finger on which measurements are made
o Warm cold extremities prior to measurement

I want to see his ZINC levels since he is not telling us about that will working with Gilead Sciences to promote their high priced drug Remdesivir. I recently saw TV ads from lawyers seeking victims of Gilead Sciences who used Truvada and other HIV drugs after GS realized those drugs were causing bone and liver problems and had developed a safer drug. Had to use up all those not so safe older drugs, who cares if people with HIV get sicker. /s.

So far my symptoms have been milder than I feared, but I don’t know what is next. I’m 68 year old, but in decent health.

My wife and I had it a year ago November and recovered. She at 73 and I at 77, each with other medical issues. We treated it as an ordinary flu; fluids, rest, aspirin (me/Tylenol (her) and of course quarantining. Quite uncomfortable for several days but mostly recovered in about a week.

Lack of appetite caused us to forget to eat for a couple of days, until I realized that we had not eaten and scheduled meals.

Sounds like you're ahead of us, with the HCQ started early.
