Attorney General Bill Barr said Wednesday that Jacob Blake was committing a felony and armed when a police officer in Kenosha, Wisconsin shot him seven times in the back.
Barr was doing an interview with CNN’s Wolf Blitzer when he made the claims about Blake, without citing the specific felony Blake was allegedly committing.
Initially, the attorney general said he was “not going to talk about the Blake case” because it was separate from the killing of George Floyd, who died after an officer kneeled on his neck in Minneapolis.

Sometimes the use of deadly force by police is completely justified. This is *clearly* one of those cases. This man posed a clear and present threat to not only the woman who summoned the police but the officers as well. A well deserved Darwin Award winner right there folks.

Hold on one second with that picture you posted. I posted the exact same one the day after the shooting and I was assured by many posters that he was holding a set of car keys. SO take that!
I guess the author missed the fact that he was armed, threatened a woman who had taken out an order of protection demanding he stay away from her, had an active warrant, resisted arrest, which required him being tased 2x and attempted to flee the scene of a crime.
This was basically a child abduction case by the time Blake was shot.
Which makes me wonder... have they actually CHARGED this guy with a crime? Or is that too politically incorrect in today’s Amerika?
Wasn’t Blake already a convicted felon? The tantruming Fake Newser is playing cute word games in this “news” story.
Based on his medical condition, I’d say the last thing the state wants to do is pay the costs of his medical care indefinitely in a prison system.

He not been charged and the warrant for his arrest has been quashed. I read the first few days he was cuffed to his hospital bed. No more.
