Which makes me wonder... have they actually CHARGED this guy with a crime? Or is that too politically incorrect in today’s Amerika?

The initial reports are that he was in police custody while he was in the hospital. Then they said he’s facing charges but he’s no longer handcuffed to a bed.

Based on his medical condition, I’d say the last thing the state wants to do is pay the costs of his medical care indefinitely in a prison system.

He not been charged and the warrant for his arrest has been quashed. I read the first few days he was cuffed to his hospital bed. No more.
