Appearing on MSNBC's AM Joy today, Never Trumper Tom Nichols today epitomized that hatred of his former party, the GOP. Guest-host Jonathan Capehart had assembled a panel of Never Trumpers to discuss the future of the party.
Here's how Nichols, now a member of the Trump-hating Lincoln Project, expressed this violent death wish for the GOP:
We [Never Trumpers] all have a sentimental attachment to the Republican party. We all loved Old Yeller. But at some point you have to take Old Yeller behind the barn and put him down."

‘’Old Yeller’’ is a film I can no longer watch: sad but with promise for tomorrow. Glad was I able to see it in childhood. Dorothy McGuire, Fess Parker, and Kevin Corcoran have all passed on.
I’ve never watched it....don’t intend to and Hub refuses to watch it again. What was that movie where the boy grows into a man and his dog is with him in his journey? Marley??? Anyone?? I can’t watch doggies dying even though very shortly we will start losing ours to old age and it’s gonna kill us.......

Nichols is/was a Neocon hawk. His beef with Trump goes back to primaries and the Russia nonsense. I’m proud to say he blocked me on Twitter.
They also shamelessly peddled their worthless cruises.
They should all watch and re-watch the latest Rambo movie. It is what they will get!
Tom Nichols has yet to realize that he represents Old Yeller, and Old Yeller has been put down but his ghost refuses to pass over to the other side. 8>)
