1. Defund the Left (including colleges, NPR, Planned Parenthood, etc)
2. Fair Tax (eliminate the IRS)
3. Eliminate the bureaucracy
4. School Choice
5. Health freedom (rein in the FDA)
6. Restore the military

Sounds nice but I just watched the PBS documentary on Reagan. I rethought the times of his life, many of which I have lived right along with him. My feeling?

This poor nation lives like a puppet on a string controlled by politics and divergent ideologies. We lurch from one path and set of objectives to another at least every eight years if not every two or something like that. How we ever expect to accomplish anything at the pace we change directions is just amazing to me. We succeed in our paltry little lives in spite of ourselves and our politicians and divisions.

Under the mantle of politics and wrangling we Americans somehow soldier on in spite of it all. We deserve better but we can’t even agree on how to get it.

I anguish for our Republic. That it has survived this long can only be Divine Providence. I wonder how much longer He will put up with us?

He's completing the wall this year or early next year (in the speech). The promises in the Ohio speech were specifically to the Whirlpool workers. He'll probably have more promises in future speeches.

This is a positive, upbeat plan.

All the rats have is hate filled crap and giveaway programs. Their huge downside is communism.

I just cannot see why anyone would vote rat.
