AOC is a genuine political mistake who fell through the cracks of getting elected to a Federal Office. In a normal active election with all voters signing ballots, she could not get elected in a legitimate election. She knew nothing then and still knows nothing about being a politician who can accomplish something for her constituents. She appears to go through the motions as directed by her staff.

The mistake was allowing the Dems to classify government welfare programs as “charity”. They replaced the religious impulses of Jews and Christians to give sincerely felt charity to needy people and groups of their own choosing. Now the choices of money taken without choice in the form of taxation goes to voting blocs who will benefit the Dems politically. NOT actually Judeo Christian charity.
Then it was all downhill.
I remember Larry King putting a GOP pol on the spot on TV once demanding:”So if the man is dying you are going to let him die rather than have the government take over health care? You’d let him die?”

If AOC wasn’t inherently evil, she would acknowledge there are many more women Saints than Saints who are men. Also, there are saints from every single ethnicity!
Doubtful. AFAIK, her Catholicism is limited to being baptized and writing a guest piece in “America” magazine. She shacks up with her boyfriend, promotes all manner of anti-Catholic positions and has never expressed any interest in the Catholic faith. Nat’l Catholic Reporter declaring her the “future of the Catholic Church” is some combination of wishful thinking and trolling.
Homosexuals and pedophiles are the future of the catholic church. Frankie has been putting all his bros in positions of power. Wait until the next conclave. Anyone who thinks Frankie is a winner will be absolutely shocked at what comes next. It’s just a matter of time, and we’re not talking a long period of time, before homosexuality will be considered normal and LGBTDOVHRA types will be celebrated and welcomed into the church with wide open arms. Think of where the Episcopalians and the Church of England are today. The catholic church will be there sooner than most people realize.
I imagine there are many of today’s bishops ready to meet her and tell her what a wonderful women she is. In the meantime, others in their flock are working to support the pro life movement and are totally ignored by those same bishops.
