Yea.....I saw this often with a family member. They often try and cover it themselves and often create further difficulties doing so. Biden des this a lot....you can also watch him clearly trying as hisfacial expressions and hand motions indicate.

I’ll never forget his saying Obama was “cleanâ€! But even in the past Bidens always been a fruit-loop.....he doesn’t appear to me to have ever taken things seriously. But with his problem now his ability to focus is truly deminished.

He did it again in that “are you a junkie” interview.
My 17 year old son watched it and said “my G*d they have a handler behind the camera frantacially signaling him shut up when he goes off the rails.”

I doubt they even bothered to explain it to him. His wife tweets these “clarifications” without his knowledge.
It is nearly impossible for me to blame him for anything he says anymore. I firmly believe he is not well, and it is obviously getting much worse, very quickly. I watched enough of the debates to see he was a different man then. Now, even in his well-made, heavily edited commercials he sounds like he is unwell.
I doubt they’d even trust that to Dr. Jill.
If you watch her recent interviews, she isn’t exactly the brightest light on the Christmas tree, either - often, to me, she has seemed very reluctant and uncommitted to this whole enterprise.
They’ve got some political-hack ‘fixers’ handling him and bandaging his mistakes.
I sure hope they’ve promised the Mrs./Dr. Biden something really big.
