It was clear you misunderstood the point of the article, which means you probably did not even read it and it was obvious many other posters thought it was about voting and not the way the House is apportioned. It happens all the time and is not unusual, so you are not alone. I have made the same mistake. It's obvious you are embarrassed that I brought to your attention your error.

Everyone was supposed to have been counted back in April, but Covid has messed with that effort. I think you have to be counted at a residence, or if homeless, where you were located on a specific date.
The problem is that police, fire departments, and hospital ERs have to respond to ALL emergencies. If all residents are not counted, then the funds to take care of all of us, including you and me, are reduced.
Actually they DO count the visitors at Disney World. From Google “If they are living in the U.S., they will be counted at their usual residence. Tourists, business travelers or other temporary visitors will not be counted. They will be counted at the facility in which they are housed or living on Census Day.” If they were not counted, how would towns with lots of hotels get the funding for those pesky hotel fires.
Trump’s INS needs to start investigating these FAKE social security numbers these invaders have stolen from innocent and dead citizens and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

It would also be straightforward and appropriate for states to support the idea that border control is necessary to preserve any nation, and that this nation, as conceived, is worth preserving.
there is no way for a census taker to determine that someone is here illegally. NO way. You cannot ask anyone for proof of anything. There is no way for Trump to enact his exec order, because there is no way to tell who is a citizen and who is not. The SC, and our favorite CJUSSC fixe that for us. We’re screwed, California and other “sanctuary” locations will dilute our vote to the point that there’s not even any point in BEING a US citizen.
