A second weapon from Mark and Patricia McCloskey was surrendered to authorities Saturday

Twelve Republican members of Congress have written to U.S. Attorney General William Barr, arguing in defense of the Second Amendment rights of a Missouri couple whose rifle and handgun are now in the possession of local authorities.

Mark and Patricia McCloskey, who made national headlines in late June when they took up arms to defend their home from protesters who entered their St. Louis neighborhood, had their rifle seized Friday when local police executed a search warrant.

Then on Saturday, a lawyer -- who represented the couple until recently – surrendered to police a handgun that Patricia McCloskey held during the June incident, FOX 2 of St. Louis reported.

The same grounds Mueller used for destroying people’s front doors in the middle of the night.

The left doesn’t play by any rules and the right plays by far too many rules

The prosecutoress is a notorious Soros-owned POS - Kimberly M. Gardner.

She was involved in the political attacks on Eric Greitens, and released ALL of the rioters after the various violent thuggery in St. Louis in May-June 2020.

I would venture to say that the McCloskeys would have a valid self-defense claim if they decided to take care of Kimmy business themselves.

Releasing rioters.

Confiscating self-defense weaponry.

Filing false charges...

Barr should send a team of DOJ attorneys and investigators (since the FBI sent 15 to look for a “noose”) to investigate the Soros funding and influence on this St. Louis circuit attorney Soros whore and reportedly very corrupt person.

Let them use the reason that the CA may have violated their Second Amendment rights by intimidation re having and using their weapons for self defense and for illegally seizing their weapon without charges.

Put her red ass on the grill and see if she’ll scream. Do to her what Mueller and his group did to Flynn, Page, Papadopoulus, etc.

Put the heat on all of Soros’ red bought Secy of State/States AG, local level city/county attorneys, and find out how much money he spent, as the British would say, regarding “the perversion of justice” (aka “obstruction of justice and distortion of justice”).

We now have a great time to strike a fatal blow at the Soros “Blowfeld” Spectre-like worldwide organization. Team up with Poland and Hungary to see what they have found out about Soros interference in their countries’ elections and finances (i.e. France).

Prosecutors have absolute immunity. It is a power created out of no-where by the Supreme Court.

As a consequence, they have no accountability to anyone, except God.

"Prosecutors have absolute immunity."

US prosecutor Mike Nifong to be disbarred for ethics violations On June 16, 2007, the North Carolina State Bar Disciplinary Committee unanimously voted to disbar Nifong after delivering a guilty verdict to 27 of 32 charges.

True, the prosecutor cannot face criminal or civil charges in this matter. But if the Missouri prosecutor can be shown to have acted unethically or out of philosophical bias, it can lead to disbarment. It is at least worth filing a complaint with whatever agency handles disciplinary matters in Missouri on the State level, and filing a complaint of violation of civil rights under color of authority on the Federal level.

And who becomes responsible if an angry mob returns and does harm to this couple, who is being stripped of their ability to defend themselves? If they’re going to disarm them, I think a police unit should be required to stand guard 24/7 and defend their lives with all necessary force. Let the jurisdiction confiscating their firearms bear the cost of 24/7 protection.

Victim disarmament. Here it is most reprehensible especially in light of the clear and present danger this couple presently faces.

Wicked and vindictive.
