A New York appeals court judge on Wednesday gave the go ahead for Simon & Schuster to publish a controversial new book written by President Trump’s niece.

Judge Alan D. Scheinkman reversed a lower court’s decision from Tuesday that had temporarily blocked Mary Trump’s tell-all memoir — “Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man” — which is set to be released July 28.

In his decision, the appeals court judge ruled that Simon & Schuster wasn’t bound by a nondisclosure agreement the author signed as part of a dispute over the 1999 will of the president’s father, Fred Trump.

“Unlike Ms. Trump,” Justice Scheinkman wrote, “S&S has not agreed to surrender or relinquish any of its First Amendment rights.”

But Scheinkman declined to rule at this time on whether Mary Trump herself had violated the deal herself.

S&S DIDN’T WRITE THE BOOK

THE PERSON WHO VIOLATED THEIR NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT DID

This is like saying the media can report classified info without breaking any laws because they aren’t bound by a secrecy agreement

no, govt can shut them down for publishing classified info

So the author is bound by the NDA, but the publisher is not… so it okay?

So ... a person under an NDA can legally publish what they want and the remedy is a counter-suit?

“Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man” — which is set to be released July 28.

It's a familiar phrase from Rabbi Mendel Kessin, esp. as it relates back to Mary Trump's great grandmother, the matriarch of the Trump family, Elizabeth Christ.

Donald Trump, "Messianic Figure."

***

"the World’s Most Dangerous Man — which is set to be released July 28."

Because obviously she did violate the NDA.

The rabbi posed the provocative question, “Who is the most dangerous person who ever lived? The mashiach.” This kind of person coming to the world “would give everybody a heart attack. It would be a field day for cardiologists.”

Of course they were going to rule that way. They all want Trump’s hyde for winning the election and canceling Hillary’s ticket. They don’t care how they get it either.

The remedy is for Trump to sue the cousin for all the revenues from the book, as the judge has said. A remedy of forbidding a publisher from publishing a book because the author promised to abide by a NDA in exchange for money doesn't float the boat.
