Back in 1997 a highly patriotic man got tired of being censored at a popular site of the time. With his understanding of America's Constitution, he created a site called Free Republic (FR). It was/is a very fitting name. It grew exponentially and the participants started creating FR city chapters for local activism beyond their discussions. They were on the streets no matter the age, race, or sex.

One sentence from Jim Robinson created an entire movement that brought people from all over the country to make a statement in DC about Bill Clinton. It was called the "March For Justice" Thousands came and volunteered for any position they could get. I was extremely privileged to be the coordinator, but had to disappoint many for what they preferred. Still, they did their jobs. I couldn't be more proud of those patriots.

It was THE first Internet sponsored rally and was highly successful with many conservative politicians taking the stage.

There were many other FR events/gatherings, but eventually the chapters fell away. Some chapter leaders died, some just got too infirmed, some just lost interest with the success of Pres. Trump, or just got tired.

With the anarchy happening nightly across out great nation, now is the time to re-group. I'm asking anyone who has the time, finances, youthful outlook to join me in re-forming the Free Republic Network.

Wow. Sounds like you've been very active in our causes. Any chance you still know folks in your area to form a Chapter? It needn't be all those areas, just something in your city/region.

This group is up and running in multiple states already (last I heard about 15). You text “rights” to 80123 and then give them your location and they connect you with your local/regional group.

You might have met Gene McDonald (Seeking the Truth) Pete Kessler (can’t find handle) as they were both involved in early Florida events. I believe Gene had the first street protest for FR. Ours in Long Beach was second. Those guys still around and maybe interested?

Thank you for doing that. Yeah, miss Dr. Raoul. There were many bigger names there than the two you mention. Congressman Bob Barr was there along with others. A great day and we can do it again, but this time in specific cities to counter the anarchists.

Having some youthful street sense and working under-cover for NCIS when I was Shore Patrol, I'm working on a safe clandestine procedure for those who are still physically able to walk the streets with the anarchists. Won't say here, but it's very simple and safe.

I was a MinuteMan and even worked with co-founder Jim Gilcrist across the highway. Also drove down to Tombstone to take my watch. To bad the other founder was convicted of child molesting. That's why it no longer exists, plus the wall going up.

I re-reviewed Peoplesrights.org. They make a lot of good points, use a lot of platitudes in their narrative, but don't seem to have any solid plan to defend all the rights they discuss. It sounds like a Neighborhood Watch site, which is a good thing and I support.

However, without a plan for intervention of the anarchists, then you're just waiting to be reactive rather than proactive.

I have a plan. It's simple, safe, legal, and can have a detrimental affect on the rioters, which won't end soon. It wouldn't take many to implement in riot zone. Call me if you want the basics.

I am ashamed to say I do not remember their handles, even though I remember both gentlemen very well. Jim probably can refresh the memory banks, though.

I’ll set a reminder to shake the trees a little bit this week. My thought is to start off by pulling in prefers who have been here For a certain time frame, and then consider others. I just wouldn’t want to get any “infiltrators“.

Yes, I think you’re right, in that there may not be a single, unified plan as of yet. I think the regional groups are determining what they need to focus on locally.

There are already organizations such as Heritage Foundation, and many others. We need a direct in their face org., that capable patriots can infiltrate these anarchists. Plus, we need encrypted communications for individual cells. Use their tactics against them!

May be "Freedom Study Group" or "Foundation" could be a fake out, The name is not as important as the tactics. I'm working on that. I should have something ready in a couple days. Again, the build it, it will take encrypted comms or dark web. It would all be legal, but difficult for anarchists to decipher.
