I watched the whole video yesterday. It looked like a justified shooting to me. If it had been a white guy you never would have heard about it.
A jury of his peers has to include some whites. Not all of them would vote "guilty".

The only way to stop this is for police in these dem controlled cities to resign.
They better know that any time they attempt to arrest a black criminal it is going to turn into a life and death struggle with the potential for life in prison or execution if he or she prevails.
Murder trials typically take one to two years before getting underway. No way will this go to trial before the November election.
Exactly, and it’s stupid. Cops being in such a lose-lose situation isn’t going to make them enthusiastic or strongly interested in the other issues that the state is trying to push.
They’ve way overcharged, but in this climate, who knows what will happen?
I’d like Trump through the DOJ to step into the prosecutions. They’re all being done to give flesh to the howling leftist mob, and the mob is being allowed to do that by cowardly politicians.
But APD officers need to walk off in mass. Once the masses smell blood, police have to understand this doesn't end well for their ability to get home every night to their families.
I don't know how difficult it is to teach black men to not touch an officer, much less his incapacitation tools.

Fulton County can find peers to serve on the jury.

The city of Atlanta needs to be separated from the tax base it leeches from.
Traffic stops are where a lot of these incidents happen. Parking tickets on unoccupied vehicles would be much safer.

THE SENIOR POLICE OFFICERS KEEP WARNING THE NEW OFFICERS OF THAT, BUT THOSE AGRESSIVE OFFICERS BELIEVE THEY ARE INVINCIBLE FROM BEING CHARGED WITH WHATEVER THE MOB DEEMS APPROPRIATE DEPENDING ON LEFTIST MEDIA PRESSURE.
