Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer said Wednesday she will extend the state’s coronavirus state of emergency, which was set to expire Friday.
Whitmer said during a press conference that Michigan “will remain in some form of a state of emergency order.”
“All 50 states are in some form of state of emergency and we will have to be as well,” Whitmer added.

It starts July 1st. All approved and fully legal. No non-binding online type of exercise this time.

a million is a lot, but Michigan has had some of the dumbest lockdown rules and first major push-back, so the energy is indeed there.

Shouldn’t be any money for the states when they do this. There could be help for the individuals in various forms because many of them need to compensate for what the state is putting them through. The states will have too many self-induced problems for allowing them much compensation. Don’t forget that some of the state problems that they will seek compensation for will likely relate to problems they created before the virus ever happened. Shouldn’t be any compensation for THOSE problems.
Any rule or order the Feds or State comes up with I don’t care for, I just IGNORE.
They ought to do what I have been doing my whole life, if I think some government pukes rule is UNCONSTITUTIONAL I just IGNORE IT.

Don’t you have to complete a two-week quarantine every time you cross a state border before interacting with any person in the receiving state? Can you even cross the border without the express permission of the governor of the originating state and of the receiving state, subject to agreements to pay taxes to both states?
