You don't have to remember too far back for indictments without referrals -- or even evidence!

Why do they have to go to DC Grand Juries? These are Federal crimes. We have a large country. Is there a legal reason why they must be DC juries?
You don’t need a grand jury. A prosecutor can go before a judge and present the preliminary evidence to indict someone on criminal charges. Then the target is arrested, appears at a plea hearing, bond is set, and the defendant and prosecution go to trial with the judge setting the date.
This could be related to the FIB briefers lying to Congress in 2017. Gowdy has finally spilled the beans on that. The FBI briefings the House got did not match the documents he reviewed. It was a totally fraudulent op conducted by coupists at the FIB. The FBI coupists should have been charged, convicted and jailed in 2017 but mysteriously never were.

The FISA warrant on Carter Page allowed for the "two-hop" rule, meaning that anyone Page talked to, and anyone that that anyone talked to, could be monitored by the FBI.
I would assume that any state in which anyone within the two-hop who was monitored, would be an appropriate venue, since a Federal crime was committed there.

There have been plenty of them, including high level folks like Hillary, Comey, McCabe, Steel, etc. DOJ has a history of ignoring referrals from congress. I’m not gonna chill any Champagne for these ones.
Plus, Carter Page is selling a book about the illegal surveillance perpetrated on him. That book will sell in every state in the Union.
Fedzilla can invoke the Commerce Clause for jurisdiction. They’ve done it before on far weaker grounds.
I believe there is..but I'm not a lawyer....Its about where the crime was committed......but there are “change of venue rules”
