The United States is banning all Chinese flights to and from America as retaliation for China failing to let U.S. carriers freely conduct operations.
President Donald Trumps administration said seven China-based airlines, including Air China Limited and Xiamen Airlines, will not be able to fly to or from the United States.
An order from the U.S. Department of Transportation said it was responding to the failure of China to permit U.S. carriers to exercise the full extent of their bilateral right to conduct scheduled passenger air services to and from China.
As a result of that failure, the United States is suspending the scheduled passenger operations of all Chinese carriers to and from the United States, Joel Szabat, assistant secretary of aviation and international affairs, wrote in the order.
The order is dated June 3 and goes into effect June 16.
Now block Chinese cargo ships.......
Korean Air flies to most major cities in China and is affiliated with Delta to fly in the USA.
Good one!
I’m a big believer that relatives of the President or VP need restricted from becoming political operatives that exert influence on our government or others. I’d like to see the same for Congress. Too much of this goes on that either gets quietly swept under the carpet or blatantly covered up. It never turns out good for tax payers.
No question.
Nah. People think he’s distracted but he’s far from it..
What Trump wants and what is actually deliverable after the business community screams bloody murder at their GOP Senators are two different things.
When did passenger flights from China end?
Or did they ever end?
Wasnt Trump a racist because he suspended flights from China?
We have such morons in j-urinalism. Just idiots.

not fast enough. They could fly agents into the US in 10 days.
Good news! China deserves what it gets.
