Usually, bars do not handle complaints about judges. Complaints about federal judges are handled under the Judicial Conduct and Disabilities Act by the judge's court. Here's an FAQ on how to file complaints in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia: https://www.uscourts.gov/judges-judgeships/judicial-conduct-disability/faqs-filing-judicial-conduct-or-disability-complaint#faq-Where-do-I-file-my-complaint?

As a rule, though, complaints by members of the general public about a judge's official conduct are not going to get much attention. Those sorts of complaints should be directed to your Congressman with a request that he be impeached.

But did the Judge use this simple procedure to report to the bar the prosecutor who violated his discovery Oder and intentionally withheld exculpatory evidence?
