It was a public street. Fact

The dead perp ran, not walked to the truck and attacked. Fact

Guns were not trained on the perp. If they were why didn’t they shoot before the attack?

Learn the fact and then come back.

Yes it was a public street

The perps admitted to conducting a citizen’s arrest, that is a fact as well

Georgia law, as I stated and cited numerous times, does not give citizens the right to chase down and interrogate people they believe committed crimes, that is a fact

Under Georgia law, you must be a witness or have immediate knowledge of a crime in order to conduct a “citizen’s arrest”, they had neither, this is also a fact

Three shots were fired from the perps, this is a fact in the video

The perps fatally shot a man that would not comply with their illegal/unlawful/unlicensed commands, this is a fact

Sorry you don’t get to play cop, go out guns blazing against a man you believed is a criminal and they claim “self defense” when the situation you created and put that man in, didn’t go the way you wanted and you fatally shot him. We call that murder, that is a fact

You don’t like the facts, everything leading up to the murder matters. The Perps are in jail right now, and thank God.

Having a gun doesn’t make you a cop.

Learn that fact, it will keep you out of prison.

Again, you are not dealing with facts and are quite pathetic. I am done discussing this with you since you refuse to stick to what is on the video. You are making up your narrative.

I am going by evidence that was released including the video

The video tells part of the story, but not the whole story

It is hard to claim self defense when your actions were not legal.

The perps do have a legal problem, claiming “citizen’s arrest” is a major problem for them. That is a fact.

The perps brought their illegal actions to this man, that is a fact.

The man had no way to defend himself against gun toting individuals who wanted to “talk to him” that is a fact

They chased him with trucks, that is a fact

During the entire encounter the perps had the advantage, that is a fact

The perps had zero legal authority to detain/interrogate or use lethal force or any force against this man, that is a fact.

Your boys better like prison, cause they have a few decades of it. And that is a fact.

If I’m just holding a firearm and someone decides to charge and assault me, my first inclination would be to incapacitate him in some method before he takes away and threatens (or worse) me with my own firearm. The attack itself then becomes the ultimate threat. It is not unlawful for a law abiding citizen to carry a firearm in Georgia. It is unlawful for someone to try to take it from you especially someone like a felon with a record.

The moral of the story is to think twice before becoming involved in a situation that the media and politicians will use to crucify if it goes wrong. But never refrain from defending oneself if someone attacks you.

It appears that there were no recent burglaries in that neighborhood.

Sadly the New York Daily News like most of the MSM is not
a trustworthy info source. It is riddled with bias and politics instead of facts. The first paragraph of article says two men murdered the jogger. That is alleged and it isn’t definite who actually pulled the trigger on fatal shot.

If these were two Chinese in a pickup who shot a white jogger after he attempted to strip one of them of his firearm the entire narrative would be different. Everything being the same it might make the local weekly.

"It appears that there were no recent burglaries in that neighborhood"

It appears that the only failure by anyone is the institutional failure to keep AA incarcerated for stealing for his 2018 Shoplifting and probation violation conviction. And then AA wouldn't be a viral video.

"The case centers on an alleged burglary of a home under construction in Satilla Shores, a south Glynn County neighborhood located off U.S. 17.

Evidence being gathered includes security surveillance video from the home under construction, as well as surveillance video from other homes in the neighborhood, Barnhill said.

Arbery’s body is undergoing an autopsy at the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Crime Lab in Savannah, Barnhill said. In addition to an autopsy, a toxicology report on Arbery has been requested, he said.

In December 2013, Arbery was arrested by Glynn County Schools Police after bringing a handgun into the Brunswick High gymnasium during a basketball game with rival Glynn Academy, according to reports. Arbery, then 19, ran when a schools police officer saw the .380 caliber handgun in his waistband. A schools police officer broke his hand in the pursuit of Arbery, who was charged with carrying a weapon on campus and several counts of obstructing a law enforcement officer. He was sentenced to five years’ probation as a first offender, county court records show.

Arbery also was placed on probation for a 2018 shoplifting arrest, according to county court records."

Five years probation for a gun crime on school grounds. You or I would get 10 to 20 years IN PRISON.

The “Justice” system failed again to address violent criminals, and this is the result.

His conviction on the gun charge would have happened sometime in 2014, which means he would still have been on probation when he was arrested in 2018.

If I am at the gun range, and I try to grab a gun out of someone’s hands and that gun goes off and kills me, is the gun owner responsible for my actions? Keep in mind that I am “unarmed”.

"This story is from when he was 19, only 6 years ago."

One thing I learned from being married to a gigilo, and working in uniform for 25 years in New York State's prison system, is that "Leopards Don't Change Their Spots!"
