Flynn Entrapment was McCabe's Revenge
American Thinker.com ^ | May 1, 2020 | Daniel John Sobieski

Key to the ambush interview of Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn that set him up for prosecution and persecution on made-up charges by James Comey’s FBI was the advice given to Flynn by Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe -- relax, you won’t need a lawyer. Flynn had to be caught off guard and without legal counsel for the entrapment plan to work:

Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, who arranged the bureau's interview with then-national security adviser Michael Flynn at the White House on Jan. 24, 2017 -- the interview that ultimately led to Flynn's guilty plea on one count of making false statements -- suggested Flynn not have a lawyer present at the session, according to newly-filed court documents. In addition, FBI officials, along with the two agents who interviewed Flynn, decided specifically not to warn him that there would be penalties for making false statements because the agents wanted to ensure that Flynn was "relaxed" during the session.

The new information, drawn from McCabe's account of events plus the FBI agents' writeup of the interview -- the so-called 302 report -- is contained in a sentencing memo filed Tuesday by Flynn's defense team.

Citing McCabe's account, the sentencing memo says that shortly after noon on Jan. 24 -- the fourth day of the new Trump administration -- McCabe called Flynn on a secure phone in Flynn's West Wing office. The two men discussed business briefly and then McCabe said that he "felt that we needed to have two of our agents sit down" with Flynn to discuss Flynn's talks with Russian officials during the presidential transition.

Wray needs to be fired and Barr needs to bust these traitors like yesterday. Short of that these weasels will walk around shooting their mouths off. I can see that the most strategic time to nab this bunch would be September. If nothing happens by that time then the fix is in.

Three FBI employees told Circa they personally witnessed McCabe make disparaging remarks about Flynn before and during the time the retired Army general emerged as a figure in the Russia case.

Flynn became a key Trump supporter after accusing President Obama of facilitating the rise of ISIS through his policies and inaction.

Andrew McCabe: The Time Has Come For Congress To Pursue A Dedicated Impeachment Inquiry

RCP Video ^ | 7-25-2019 | Ian Schwartz
Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe said Thursday he feels strongly that Congress should “step up to the plate and do their job” and impeach President Donald Trump. “I feel strongly that that’s the same position Congress is in now, and they should step up to the plate and do their job,” McCabe said Thursday on CNN. “It doesn’t mean that the president will be removed from office or should be removed from office or will be impeached, but it is absolutely clear to me that the time has come for Congress to pursue a dedicated impeachment inquiry.” “I think...

Brian Ross is leaving ABC after botched Michael Flynn report

ABC News’ Brian Ross — who was suspended last year as chief investigative correspondent for a faulty report on Michael Flynn — is leaving the network, Page Six has exclusively learned. ABC suspended Ross last December for a month without pay for a botched report on ousted White House national security adviser Flynn that reported President Trump directed Flynn to make contact with Russian officials. The mistake even sent stocks tumbling, and ABC issued an apology saying: “We deeply regret and apologize for the serious error.”

There is one person who needs to be front and center and that is James effin Comey. He bragged about being able to do this because there was chaos and no controlling legal authority. As director of the FBI he was the controlling legal authority. The man should be drawn and quartered on the Washington mall and the bits hung up to rot as a reminder to traitors everywhere.

September? Given the time the deepstate can drag process out, the time is NOW!

When they tell you that you don't need a gun... you most definitely will need a gun

When they tell you that you don't need a lawyer... you most definitely will need a lawyer

How many more details have to surface? Doesn’t Barr only need enough evidence for an indictment and conviction? There was enough of that a long time ago.

McCabe, J Edgar Comey, Brennan, and Rosenstein should be first up in the perp walk of fame.

I disagree. Not all FBI agents are criminal. I bet you there are many that serve honorable.

Watched Flynn’s lawyer, Sidney Powell, at the very end of the interview with Maria Bartiromo on FBN, stated that the judge Sullivan? said no more filings will be allowed! Like I said, it was at the very end of the segment and there was no discussion or follow up to the statement. I would like to know what’s going on with the judge.

“I bet you there are many that serve honorable.”

Where the heck have they been for these 3.5 years?
The very top of the FBI food chain attempted to steal the votes of 63 million Americans and overthrow a duly elected president and the only people jailed are those entrapped by these same corrupt FBI types.
Bulldoze Quantico and salt the earth there as a lesson to the other traitors.
I want gallows build & used on the mall....

Let’s just state for the record that the first few weeks of any administration is absolute pandemonium - including the Bush and Obama administrations. Comey knows that, and his suggestion that the Trump administration was more disorganized than any other is nonsense, although it’s clear that the Obama holdovers did all they could to make it worse.

As for McCabe and Flynn, the Bureau deployed Counterterrorism agents to Iraq and Afghanistan (and elsewhere) to assist in site exploitation ops. Although I couldn’t confirm it, I strongly suspect that SA Gritz was deployed to Afghanistan when Mike Flynn was the J2 and he almost certainly knew her. In other words, he wasn’t just interfering with McCabe and FBI internal matters; he knew that a good agent was getting screwed, which happens all the time in the Bureau, often to ensure that a good agent gets promoted over an ass-kisser.
