Here is a mystery.Bangladesh has 161 million people crammed into a small nation and yet only has 70 cases of Wuhan virus and 6 dead from it. Perhaps it is so poor most cases are ignored in the general atmosphere of death and despair over there but something is keeping the numbers down.

Would a runaway plague created by a nation which could threaten populations of an enemy cause them to react by demanding extreme restriction of movement by its population to prevent its spread ? Thus wind up fragmenting its economy.
